4 month boston pees on people?

why is he doing this and what is the solution? he is not allowed back at puppy day care until solution has been reached.

 my dog pee on ppl

MY doze does the same thing my vet have him some pills saying he has a week bladder tube and he gets over excited when id sees new ppl it seems to help a little have you try anxiety pills that might help too
