3 year old Boston Terrier getting aggresive?!

Our male boston terrier is sweet and loving... But he recently had a couple of seizures, and now he is acting crazy! He bit my daughter, and last week, he cornered me in the kitchen growling and snarling, he acted as if he didn't know who I was.. This is really disturbing to us, we have 3 children, and they have friends over, and his unpredictability has us really scared.. We do NOT want to have him put to sleep, but we don't want him hurting anyone.. Can seizures change a dog's personalitly, any suggestions??
