3 year old Boston chewing

I have three dogs - a 3 year old Boston and 2 pugs..8 and 9 months old. All of the sudden my boston has started chewing everything in sight. He never used to do this before. He will only do it when I'm not looking. I cant even go to the bathroom and brush my teeth w/o me walking in the livingroom and he has chewed something to peices. Why is he doing this out of nowhere..at first I thought it was bc of the puppies but even they dont chew like that! What is going on with him and what do I do?

My 4 year old female also acts different around our puppies. She kind of reverts back to her puppy days. I just go to garage sales and get every 10 cent to 50 cent stuffed animal they have (without beanie stuffing) and let her go to town. We have about 20 toys at a time.
