11 week old Boston Terrier is biting my 8 year old

We got our Boston Terrier when she was 9 weeks old and when my 8 year old daughter is playing with Bella (our Terrier) she ends up biting my daughter. Bella has also bitten my daughter when she picked Bella up to move her. We tell Bella no and have poped her butt a time or two (not hard - just to get her attention) and put her in her cage but it seems to not help. Does anyone have any tips on how to break my Bella? Is it something that she will grow out of or is it something we need to teach her? Any info you can give us is appreciated. Thank you!!
