11 month old Boston with a belly ache?

Hello,

I have a very healthy male 11 month old Boston Terrier.

This past weekend we bought him some new treats (something like greenies) and my husband gave him 3 in one day!

Since then he has been aching very tired and having green diarrhea. He has not really eaten anything for a day but was up for a walk.

Is there anything I can give him to soothe and comfort his stomach? I heard just plain white rice cooked works well with chicken brothe. Any other suggestions?

Really, that tummy ache sounds terrible! We have never fed our Bostons greenies, but they eat all kinds of foreign objects when we aren't looking (and sometimes when we are!). They usually just vomit the weird stuff up. I do have one boston that has a strange appetite and the vet gives us Prescription Diet food. We usually get the one with plain chicken and rice and she will eat that. It doesn't have the nutrition she needs so we can't keep her on that for very long but it gives her the strength needed when she isn't eating very well.

Don't forget LOTS of WATER!!!!!
